About Me

I was born and raised in Arizona where I lived until moving to New York in 2007. I earned my Masters degree in Social Work from New York University in 2013 and have been focusing on portraiture since that time. I have an earnest appreciation for individual experience and a fascination with the physical manifestation of inward complexity. With each portrait, I set out to offer an authentic representation of each subject as I see them. I have studied at the Art Students League of New York to develop as an artist, which I expect to do for the rest of my life.
